The unauthorised disclosure of privileged information by the Honourable Mark Latham MLC

The Committee has resolved to progress this inquiry in two parts:  

 

  • Part 1, focusing on the disclosure of privileged information by the Hon Mark Latham MLC (term of reference (a), and the additional matters referred by the House on 9 September 2025), is now complete.

 

  • Part 2, focusing on threats by members and implementation of the Broderick report recommendations (term of reference (b)), will commence at a later date.
