Same sex marriage law in NSW

The inquiry was established on the 6 December 2012 to inquire and report on issues relating to a proposed same sex marriage law in New South Wales. The terms of reference were referred by the Premier Hon Barry O'Farrell MP. The report was tabled with the Clerk of the Parliaments on Friday 26 July 2013.
