Transport Safety and Reliability Bill, Aspects of

Following the second reading speech of the Transport Safety Legislation (Safety and Reliability) Bill by the Hon Michael Costa MLC, Minister, the House on 30 October 2003 resolved to empower General Purpose Standing Committee No. 4 to hear evidence from Mr Kent Donaldson and Mr Ron Christie on aspects of the Bill and report backby 10 November 2003.
