This is a right of reply provided to Mr Paul Spry in response to statements made in the New South Wales Legislative Council by the Hon Dr Arthur Chesterfield-Evans on 29 August 2000. The right of reply was adopted by the House and incorporated into Hansard on 10 March 2004.
