This inquiry was established on 28 July 2004, to inquire into and report on the approval process relating to the Designer Outlets Centre on Orange Grove Road, Liverpool by Liverpoool Council.
The Committee encourages public participation in the inquiry process and invites written submissions addressing the terms of reference from interested persons and organisations. Submissions become the property of the Committee and may only be released folloiwng a decision of the Committee to make them public. The committee will consider requestes that a submission remain cofidential and not be made public. Please indicate clearly if you wish your submission to remain confidential.
All submissions will be acknowledged by mail. If petitions are received the Committee will only send an acknowledgement letter to the person or organisation organising the petitions.
