Port Infrastructure in New South Wales

On 21 October 2003, the Committee received from the Minister for Transport Services, Minister for the Hunter, and Minister Assisting the Minister for Natural Resources (Forests), terms of reference for an inquiry into port infrastructure in New South Wales. Revised terms of reference were received from the Minister on 28 October 2003. The Chair of the Standing Committee on State Development notified the House of the terms of reference on 29 October 2003.
