Inquiry into draft Constitution (Disclosures by Members) Amendment Regulation 2008

This inquiry was established on 27 February 2008 to report on the draft Constitution (Disclosures by Members) Amendment Regulation 2008, on motion of the Hon Tony Kelly MLC, Leader of the House in the Legislative Council.

The Parliament of New South Wales acknowledges and respects the traditional lands of all Aboriginal people, and pays respects to all Elders past and present. We acknowledge the Gadigal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which the Parliament of New South Wales stands.
