Review of Child Death Review Team Reports: Suicide and risk-taking deaths of children and young people (2003), and Fatal assault and neglect of children and young people (2003)

A statutory function of the Committee is to examine each annual or other report of the Commission and report to both Houses of Parliament on any matter appearing in, or arising out of, any such report. (Section 28 (1)(c) Commission for Children and Young People Act 1998)
