First Council Finding Aids to the Archives

There are a number of paper finding aids to the manuscript records of the first Legislative Council which have not, as yet, been placed on this website.

'Card Index to the Votes and Proceedings and Sessional Papers of the (first) Legislative Council 1824 - 1855'. Produced in the Legislative Council Office. This Index also gives the reference to the microfilms of these papers produced by the Legislative Council office.
'Index to the Votes and Proceedings and the Sessional Papers of the Legislative Council of NSW 1843 - 1855'. Supplementary Volume to the 1855 volume of the 'Votes and Proceedings of the Legislative Council of Van Diemen's Land'. Compiled in the office of the Legislative Council of Tasmania. Laid upon the Table by the Clerk of the Council, and ordered by the Council to be printed, 24th July, 1855.
