An Act to amend the Rural Lands Protection Act 1998 to make further provision in relation to the accounting, auditing and financial obligations of the State Council of Rural Lands Protection Boards and the rural lands protection boards; and for other purposes.
This explanatory note relates to this Bill as introduced into Parliament. Overview of Bill The object of this Bill is to make various amendments to the Rural Lands Protection Act 1998 (the Principal Act) relating to the accounting, auditing and annual reporting obligations of: (a) rural lands protection boards (RLP Boards), and (b) the State Council of Rural Lands Protection Boards (the State Council).
