Explanatory Notes
Overview of Bill The objects of this Bill are to repeal the Private Hospitals and Day Procedure Centres Act 1988 and to provide for the licensing of private health facilities and the conduct of those facilities. Outline of provisions Part 1 Preliminary Clause 1 sets out the name (also called the short title) of the proposed Act.
