Member of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia. Member of the House of Representatives for Macquarie 1922 until 1928.
Son of Frederick Gibson, pastoralist, and Jane Belle Smith. Married Florence Hogarth in 1899. Church of England. Funeral at Northern Suburbs crematorium.
