Member of the Works Committee 1925 - 1927; and the Electricity Supply Committee 1925 until 1927. Executive of Local Government Association 1919, president 1922 - 1924.


Son of George Cole, gardener, and Emma Lewis Leek. Married Isabella Jane Moorley on 29 March 1883 and had issue 3 daughters and 2 sons. Presbyterian. Buried in Manly cemetery with Presbyterian rites.
