Qualifications, occupations and interests
Lawyer (solicitor); project manager with a public company. Educated at De La Salle College, University of Sydney (LL.B). In December 1986 he was forced to resign from Parliament over improper conduct involving the collapse of Balanced Property Trust of which he was founder and director. He was subsequently charged, convicted and struck off the roll of solicitors.
Personal
Son of Czeslaw Mochalski and his wife Lola. Married Deanne in November 1986. Two children.
