Qualifications, occupations and interests
As a journalist, Ms McKay worked in television, radio and print media in Northern NSW before entering the private sector in corporate communications and marketing. Her honorary Board positions, before entering parliament included, Director- Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI), Director- TUNRA Limited, and Director-Hunter Manufacturers' Association.
