The Hon. TONY KELLY: Ms Rhiannon asked me a question about the term of Ashton Coal's licence for Camberwell Common. I am advised that the tenure issued to Ashton Coal allows the licence holder to access the area, to use the land for grazing and to undertake further investigation consistent with its exploration licence. There is no term associated with the licence but it can be terminated at will by either party with appropriate notice.
