Dr JOHN KAYE: My question without notice is directed to the Minister for Energy. Will the Minister explain to the House exactly what targets are set under the proposed New South Wales energy efficiency trading scheme? Will he provide those targets as a percentage of current energy usage and energy efficiency? Does the scheme require legislation? If so, when does he anticipate the legislation will be before the House? How does the scheme gel with the national energy efficiency trading scheme?
