GAY: My question without notice is directed to the Treasurer, Minister for State Development, and Vice-President of the Executive Council, representing the Minister for Regional Development, and Minister for Rural Affairs. What is the salary of the head of the Bathurst office for regional development, a position recently filled by an Orange concreter and failed Australian Labor Party candidate, Mr Glenn Taylor? Will Mr Taylor receive a mobile phone and a car as part of his package? What is the current status of the car that the Minister for Regional Development had been using but was not entitled to use? Will Mr Taylor assume use of that car? Will Mr Taylor be permitted to use any telephone or car given to him as part of his new position for political business or as a possible Labor Party candidate for the State seat of Orange?
