The SPEAKER: I have to inform the House that my writ issued on 22 September 2008 in accordance with section 70 of the Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Act 1912 for the election of a member to serve in the Legislative Assembly for the electoral district of Cabramatta in the room of Reba Paige Meagher, resigned, has been returned with a certificate endorsed by the returning officer advising of the election of Nickola Lalich, to serve as member for the electoral district of Cabramatta.
