LEGAL RECOGNITION OF SAME SEX RELATIONSHIPS
Ms MOORE: My question without notice is directed to the Premier, Minister for the Arts, and Minister for Ethnic Affairs. When will the Government honour its commitments regarding the recognition of same sex relationships in relation to hospitalisation, wills and probate, and family provision, which it made on 22 February 1995 in a letter to the then President of the AIDS Council of New South Wales?
