Mr SOURIS: My question is directed to the Premier. In view of his admission today that his chief of staff, Mr Hawker, and Mr Gerry Gleeson opened and entered the locked office of Mr Baxter with Mr Les Quinnell, what documents or records were removed or copied from the locked office without its occupier's permission? Did they enter the locked office with the Premier's authority?
Mr CARR: The allegation is absurd. Any documentation held by the Government relevant to the Semple complaint to ICAC - if it is a Semple complaint - will be forwarded to ICAC.
