CULPABLE DRIVING CHARGE WITHDRAWAL DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS AND DENISE WALTERS APPEAL
Mr ANDERSON: I address my question to the Attorney General, Minister for Consumer Affairs and Minister for Arts. I refer the Attorney General to questions without notice I asked him on 27th August regarding the withdrawal of a culpable driving charge, and on 22nd October about the appeal of Denise Walters. When might the House expect the speedy answers the Attorney promised on each occasion?
