Overcoming Indigenous disadvantage (Inquiry)

This inquiry is a current Legislative Council inquiry conducted by the Social Issues Committee.

The Social Issues Committee is conducting an inquiry principally focussed on identifying strategies to address the lifetime expectancy gap between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people (currently estimated to be 17 years). The terms of reference for the inquiry were referred by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, the Hon Paul Lynch MP.
