The Committee on the Health Care Complaints Commission resolved to inquire into and report to Parliament on the conduct of investigations by the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission into complaints made against de-registered medical practitioner Graeme Reeves. The Committee hopes that its Report will play a role in ensuring the transparency of decision-making in the wake of medical errors, thereby ultimately reducing their frequency and severity.
