Sessional Orders of the Legislative Council

Sessional orders are temporary rules adopted for the duration of a session and are made under specific standing orders, or are used to vary or suspend the operation of standing orders. Sessional orders do not need the Governor’s approval.

The current session is the 1st Session of the 54th Parliament and commenced May 2007.
