Chapter 3 - Standing Order No 11 - Term of office

1. immediately before the House assembles for the dispatch of business at its first meeting following a periodic Council election,
2. if the President ceases to be a member of the House,
3. if the President is removed from office by a vote of the House, or
4. if the President resigns in writing addressed to the Governor.
