199. An amendment may be moved to the question “That this bill be now agreed to in principle” to leave out all words after “That” and adding “this bill be disposed of”. No amendment may be moved to this amendment.

(SO 199) Member: I move, That the question be amended by leaving out all words after the word “That” with a view to inserting instead “this bill be disposed of”. Speaker: The Original Question was, That this Bill be now read a second time.
