When will the Premier overrule the Greater Western Area Health Service administrators who told doctors at the Orange Base Hospital that they "don't have the funds" to pay for a much needed extra shift for four nursing staff between 7.30 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. on Sundays, so that operating theatres are open full time on weekends instead of frequently being closed for 10 hours, meaning that patients often cannot have urgent surgery on Sundays?
