      The Deputy Clerk announced the receipt, in accordance with section 68 of the Rail Safety Act 2002, of the report of the Independent Transport Safety and Reliability Regulator entitled "Implementation of the NSW Government's Response to the Final Report of the Special Commission of Inquiry into the Waterfall Accident—Reporting Period April-June 2007."
