Impact of the Family Law Amendment (Shared Parental Responsibility) Act 2006 (Cth) (Inquiry)

The Legislative Council Standing Committee on Law and Justice conducted an inquiry to examine the impact of the Commonwealth’s Family Law Amendment (Shared Parental Responsibility) Act 2006 on women and children in NSW and on the operation of court orders that can prevent family violence perpetrators from coming into contact with their families.
