Unfair terms in consumer contracts (Inquiry)

This inquiry is a completed Legislative Council inquiry conducted by the Law and Justice Committee.   The Legislative Council Standing Committee on Law and Justice conducted an inquiry on the incidence and impact of unfair terms in consumer contracts for the supply of goods and services of a kind acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption.
