1. As special adjournment motion, Leader of the House set days and hour of meetings and provided for interruption of business at 10.30 p.m. for a motion to be moved for the adjournment of the House; for the adjournment motion to be moved between 10.15 p.m. and 10.30 p.m. if an item of business concludes between these times and for a Minister to move that the House continue to sit beyond the specified adjournment time. 1993 Precedent1. During debate on the motion, That this House at its rising this day do adjourn until Thursday, 25th February, 1993, at 9 a.m, member indicated in advance to the Government that the Opposition will seek to have three specific dates that were shown in an item on the business paper set aside for the purpose of dealing with private members' business and that general business should take precedence over Government business on those days. The Speaker stated that the daily business paper was unofficial and did not relate to the official procedures of the House. It was issued as a only as a guide to members. The motion before the House sought only to adjourn until 9.00 am the next day, at which time further sittings of the House could be debated, therefore he could not understand how the matters to which the member was alluding, were relevant to the debate.
