      The Hon. TONY KELLY: Yesterday Dr John Kaye asked me a question regarding the Blewitt inquiry. The Australian New Zealand Food Regulation Ministerial Council developed the terms of reference for that inquiry and New South Wales, as a member of the council, had input into its terms of reference. The review has not yet announced its program of consultation with jurisdictions and the broader community but opportunities for further input will be considered as they arise.
