    The Hon. TONY KELLY: I inform the House that on 18 September 2006 Mr Tony Stewart, MP, resigned as Parliamentary Secretary. I inform the House further that on 19 September 2006 Mr Matthew Brown, MP, was appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Roads, the Minister for Transport and the Minister for Police.
