Inquiry into the Code of Conduct for Members, and aspects of the pecuniary interest disclosure regime for members under the Constitution (Disclosures by Members) Regulation 1983

This inquiry is a current Legislative Assembly inquiry conducted by the Parliamentary Privilege and Ethics (LA) Committee.   This inquiry is pursuant to section 72E(5) of the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act which requires that a designated committee review the code of conduct adopted by the Legislative Assembly at least once every 4 years. The Committee resolved to undertake the inquiry, and so informed the House, on 20 May 2010.
