Standing Order No. 133
Free conference under the Constitution Act
- When the Assembly, under section 5B of the Constitution Act 1902 requests a free conference, the Council must agree to the conference being held without delay. The Council must appoint the time and place for holding the free conference.
- At free conferences the managers for the Council may confer both orally and in writing with the managers for the Assembly.
